I appreciate this response as I think it was needed. Having said that, I don't think it is fair to use the term "harping criticism" for what are legitimate concerns by teachers who are unhappy. It was an unfortunate and defensive sounding choice of words to say the least.
I would like to add that I don't see any comment on what I think is the most serious allegation: forgery of government documents.
